At Navicon, I designed the extraction of business logic from a monolithic CRM into a standalone backend service with its own database and REST API. I defined API contracts, data models, service interactions and migration scenarios.
I split a complex transition into three controlled stages and supported development, testing and production migration, completed without user-facing downtime. I also designed a target PostgreSQL model and migration scenarios for moving from MS SQL.
At Centre of Information Technologies, I reverse-engineered a master data management platform and rebuilt its architecture documentation. I also documented event-driven integrations based on Apache Kafka and Oracle.
Across these roles, I’ve worked on B2B e-commerce, CRM, master data and logistics systems, from integration design through testing and production support. At Navicon, I provided L3 support for the B2B domain and helped maintain SLA performance above 90%.
