I work as a Trust and Safety Senior Associate, reviewing and assessing AdWords accounts and domains for policy compliance, including content that violates rules against misleading information, spam, phishing, and malware. I help prevent malicious or misleading experiences for over 1 billion daily Google users by enabling enforcement actions like denylisting and issuing compliant-domain certifications.
I also lead escalation and coordination through my point-of-contact ownership for Safety Net, ClickTracker, and Certification Bugs—reviewing, assigning, and escalating system-raised or FTE-reported issues between operations and project teams. Alongside this, I drive trend analysis initiatives by identifying emerging domain abuse patterns to support proactive detection strategies, and I mentor new agents to help them ramp up quickly.
