I’ve been doing Trust & Safety operations with Accenture since August 2024, supporting Google and currently working on a Meta project. My day-to-day is enforcing content moderation policies and ensuring online content follows community guidelines and legal regulations.

I proactively identify and flag harmful or inappropriate content, then work with my team to optimize moderation workflows for better efficiency. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety measures and platform security.

I focus on policy enforcement and steady decision-making under pressure, while keeping attention to detail as I manage time and meet deadlines. I’m comfortable working in fast-paced environments where accuracy matters.

I’m building from that hands-on moderation experience and want a role where I can keep improving safety and workflow quality while applying strong analytical problem-solving and clear communication.
