I am a B.Com graduate specialized in Banking and Insurance with hands-on experience in retail banking and sales operations. I have completed an internship at State Bank of India and worked in retail sales at Cotton King where I handled billing and maintained transaction records.

My strengths include customer account opening, KYC form processing, gold loan register management, and clear customer communication both in person and by phone. I am proficient with Excel and basic accounting processes, and hold certifications in MS-CIT and Domestic Data Entry.

I consistently focus on accuracy and efficiency when recording sales, purchases, and maintaining registers, which contributed to smoother daily operations in my roles. I also completed employability training through Mahindra Rise to enhance my workplace readiness.
