Srishti Roshan

I’m a creative operations and project coordination associate who thrives at the intersection of creative practice and logistics—coordinating people, ideas, and resources to move projects from concept to execution. I enjoy environments where creativity meets structure and thoughtful coordination helps even the smallest ideas become reality.

In my professional work, I’ve supported cultural programming, research, and creative production with organizations such as The Folk Frequency, Nilaya Anthology, and Good Side Research (London). I coordinate communication across collaborators and partners, manage documentation and CRM outreach, and support the details that make events run smoothly—from invoicing and stakeholder communication to travel logistics and workflow organization.

I’m also an independent operator and founder. I manage end-to-end operations for a community cloud kitchen and lead creative initiative work through Not A Sunday Studios, handling concept development, production, and creative direction while maintaining the practical systems that keep projects moving.

Alongside this, I maintain an active ceramic studio practice and participate in exhibitions and creative environments. I’ve also mentored neurodivergent students and adults, bringing a structured approach to vocational and creative skill development—an ethos I bring to every team I support.
