At Tata Consultancy Services, I lead Azure solution architecture work, including the LSEG Microsoft Partnership - Voyager Program. I led the migration of 20+ LSEG applications to Azure and designed architecture documents for complex financial services applications.
On the Voyager program, I coordinated teams across TCS, LSEG, and Microsoft, and helped scale the team from 4–5 associates to around 150 members. I also supported migration tracking, design reviews, DevOps delivery, and operational readiness.
For American Express's CEG - CareerTrack & Careers Site, I owned recruitment applications across application and infrastructure layers. I completed the CareersSite rebuild and migration to production with zero downtime and implemented integrations with Oracle HCM, CornerStone, SmashFly, and EightFold.
Earlier, I led the SpeedPay IVR end-of-life migration program for Western Union and provided technical leadership in .NET and SQL Server. My work has also included CRM implementations for Microsoft and development of a patient recruitment platform for clinical trials.
