I'm currently supporting Reserve Bank of India enterprise SharePoint infrastructure at WalkingTree Technologies, hosting more than nine business-critical applications.
I've managed multi-server SharePoint farms with SQL AlwaysOn and disaster recovery environments, delivered SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Subscription Edition migration activities, and handled enterprise patching, upgrades, security compliance, and 24x7 production support.
Across RBI's Travel Portal, Forms platform, Project Web App, and OneDrive for Business, I administer SharePoint infrastructure, service applications, permissions, authentication, SSL certificates, backups, restores, failover testing, and performance troubleshooting.
I also maintain Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online environments, automate administration with PowerShell, coordinate with Microsoft Support and application teams, and prepare SOPs, operational reports, and technical documentation.
