I've supported SharePoint and Project Server environments for Reserve Bank Information Technology, including production three-tier SharePoint farms, six migrations from SharePoint 2013 to 2019, and a migration from SharePoint 2019 to Subscription Edition. I lead L1, L2, and L3 support, manage vulnerabilities across more than 50 DEV servers, and resolve critical production issues.
Across Reserve Bank Information Technology, Wipro, and Quesscorp client engagements, I've configured SharePoint farms, service applications, Project Server, Microsoft 365, permissions, retention policies, and backups. I also build PowerShell automation, plan disaster recovery, document infrastructure, and created a customized SharePoint project-management application for issue tracking, change requests, documentation, and tasks.
