What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and support enterprise SharePoint and Microsoft 365 platforms, delivering migrations, automation, governance, and L3 operations for global clients.

At HCL Tech, I lead SharePoint work for Volvo, installing SharePoint Subscription Edition from scratch and managing SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and OneNote at L3 level.

I've executed content database migrations from SharePoint 2016 to 2019 and from SharePoint 2019 to SPSE, while leading decommissioning of SharePoint 2013, 2016, and 2019 farms. My troubleshooting reduced resolution time by 20%, improved customer satisfaction by 24%, and resolved more than 40 critical P1/P2 incidents annually.

Previously at ATOS Global IT Solutions and Services, I supported global clients including Siemens and CNA across SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365. I delivered SharePoint migrations using ShareGate, automated migration work with PowerShell, and administered enterprise environments with thousands of site collections.

With 11+ years in enterprise collaboration platforms, I bring hands-on experience in SPSE, SharePoint infrastructure, governance, patching, backup and restore, certificates, service applications, and ITIL service delivery.
