At Contract.Space, I co-founded and led the build of two enterprise LLM products, including the agent and orchestration layer that connects structured context to inference-time tools. The platform cut contract redline review time by 90%, and its work received the WorldCC Innovation & Excellence Award in 2025.
I built Contract.Space’s product engineering team from 0 to 9 and established a typed, testable pattern for agent tools using PydanticAI. I also built evaluation infrastructure that brought the hallucination rate on critical AI outputs below 0.5% in production.
At Regulaition, I built the engineering team from founding size to 25 and designed and implemented a secure federated learning framework using Hyperledger Fabric. I led the work to achieve ISO 27001 certification and helped reduce infrastructure costs by 80%.
Earlier, at John Lewis & Partners, I contributed to architecture decisions across the technology estate and delivered order management and customer service architecture changes.
