What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead safe, governed AI adoption and build high-performing engineering organisations, particularly in mission-critical or regulated environments where technology strategy, commercial outcomes, and practical execution matter.

I lead AI Applications at Solirius Reply, helping UK government and enterprise clients adopt AI safely through governed automation, LLM integration, and practical technology strategy. I also serve as Fractional CTO, Co-Founder, and Director at AI-first startup Product Seed.

Previously, I co-founded Brainnwave and scaled its AI decision-intelligence platform to serve 30+ global enterprises, raising eight investment rounds and overseeing a £2M annual budget. My work includes Bloomberg systems routing 16B+ daily market events, multi-petabyte analytics platforms, and board-level guidance on AI risk, architecture, fundraising, and growth.
