I’m a Data Analytics Engineer with 2.6+ years designing end-to-end ETL pipelines and normalized data models across transactional, CRM, and call audit domains. I build Bronze–Silver–Gold architectures on Delta Lake, using PySpark on AWS EMR and AWS Glue, and orchestrate jobs with MWAA Airflow and cross-platform Databricks triggers. My work focuses on performance and reliability through Delta merge/SCD1–SCD2 patterns, concurrency controls, and tuning like compaction, vacuuming, and Z-ordering.

For BI and ML teams, I design the Gold layer as the single source of truth—loading into BigQuery for reporting and keeping Delta Lake ready for direct ML consumption, eliminating duplicate preparation. I’ve delivered real-time ingestion with Kinesis Data Streams and Firehose, automated recurring pipelines with Cloud Scheduler, and created normalized base and feature tables that enabled self-serve analytics in Hex Analytics and a lead conversion model with ~5% holdout error. I also enjoy turning exploratory data analysis into measurable targets, such as mapping drivers behind a 59.7% Successful Call Done rate and projecting a ~12.28% uplift.
