At Ceylan Holding, I own technology operations for 12 companies, 15+ sites, 500+ users, and an on-premise data center with 85+ virtual servers. I lead around 20 people across IT operations, software development, and business analysis while defining group strategy, managing budgets, vendors, and investor reporting.
My teams shipped 20+ enterprise applications in a year, replaced licensed products with in-house platforms, and built two fully air-gapped AI agents for autonomous security monitoring and internal data-flow discovery. I stay hands-on in architecture, code, deployment, DevOps, security policy, backup, disaster recovery, and hybrid-cloud decisions.
Across healthcare, manufacturing, and international consulting engagements, I've delivered security architecture, virtualization, ISO 27001 and KVKK compliance, incident response, and penetration testing for 25+ companies.
