At Boba Bhai, I'm one of two people who built the technology stack from scratch across 98 locations. I decide what to build alongside the CEO and operations teams, ship it, and measure whether it worked.
I replaced a Rs 47 lakh/year biometric-attendance vendor with an offline TensorFlow.js system using three neural networks, deployed across 98 stores for 689 staff. I also built a custom POS handling 7,000+ daily orders, a real-time inventory and Hyperpure procurement engine, customer-app backend APIs, and a webhook-based Kitchen Display System.
I created BB Command Center, a real-time analytics platform tracking Rs 9+ crore monthly with role-based access for the CEO and store managers. Its 32.8% forecast outperformance directly changed promotional strategy and eliminated manual spreadsheet exports.
Previously, I worked with e-commerce clients at KLoc Technologies on APIs, ETL pipelines, Power BI dashboards, and OpenAI-powered workflow automation, and built an in-house CRM at TopTecno. I work best on high-ownership problems with a short line between the decision and the person who ships it.
