I’m looking for an Agile team where I can own end-to-end QA, expand automation (POM/Cucumber/Selenium). I want a role that values clear defect reporting, high-quality releases, and mentoring others.

I’m a QA Engineer with 8+ years of experience across HR, ERP, E-commerce, and Oil & Gas domains, delivering quality through both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. I bring strong expertise in manual, automated testing, and knowledge in AI-driven tools—always focused on producing reliable, high-quality outcomes.

In my current role as a Senior Test Analyst at Skill Quotient-TCS (Client: Petronas), I support an HR analytics application for workforce processes like promotion planning, departmental transfers, outstation placements, and succession readiness. I prioritize test scenarios by criticality, manage end-to-end software and defect life cycles, and execute functional, regression, integration, and ad-hoc testing with clear failure tracking and resolution.

I also strengthen quality with automation and security practices—developing automation scripts using the Page Object Model (POM), running executions through Azure DevOps (ADO) Pipelines, and generating comprehensive test reports.
