At Cochlear Malaysia, I designed a Playwright framework for complex Salesforce workflows and automated API checks alongside UI workflows. I also automated end-to-end validation for serverless applications and distributed data flows.

I integrated Jira with Playwright using MCP and GitHub Copilot to extract manual test cases and automate them using the Anthropic API. At Newfire Global, I maintained Playwright test automation and integrated regression tests into Azure DevOps build and release pipelines.

Earlier, I implemented and enhanced UI and API automation frameworks at Ørsted Malaysia and The Gifted Company. My work has also included performance and API testing, Selenium automation, and reusable UFT regression frameworks integrated with Jenkins.
