At Google, I work on internal GTM systems connecting account data, reporting, and approvals for sales and partner teams. I owned the Python backend that synced account data into the internal CRM, retiring three nightly CSV imports that broke when columns changed.
I replaced a vendor reporting tool costing $9K a month with an internal build on BigQuery and Looker Studio. I also designed a REST API for forecasting spreadsheets and moved discount approvals into a form with an auditable log.
At Amazon, I worked on the order tracking and fulfillment pipeline. I moved inventory sync jobs to AWS Step Functions, debugged a DynamoDB hot partition, and built an internal dashboard so ops managers could see stuck shipments.
Earlier, at UnitedHealth Group, I replaced nightly claim-status file transfers with REST APIs and wrote scripts to reconcile claim records. I also interned on a claims-denial model using Python and scikit-learn, and automated patch checks across Linux servers at TCF Bank.
