Spencer Brooks

I am a dedicated Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee with a strong commitment to supporting adolescents through their mental health challenges. Currently, I am providing school-based therapy at New Vision Counseling Center, where I utilize evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness techniques to address issues like anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach is strength-based and culturally responsive, ensuring that I meet the diverse needs of my clients.

In addition to my clinical experience, I have a background in nurturing children as a nanny, where I foster healthy emotional development and engage them in creative and educational activities. My strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams have been instrumental in my work, allowing me to build rapport with clients and their families effectively. I am passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of those I serve.
