At Turing, I serve as a Squad Lead on AI research projects for Meta, Microsoft, and Nvidia. I conduct structured LLM evaluations across reasoning, factual accuracy, multimodal comprehension, and domain-specific tasks.
I lead evaluation and feedback pipelines for superfine-tuning, domain-specific model refinement, and RLHF initiatives. I also audit evaluation workflows to support consistent standards and high-quality feedback.
As an independent consultant, I managed delivery of dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions, and used Python and PowerQuery for sales and marketing analytics. I designed Excel and Power BI dashboards to visualize performance metrics and support strategic decisions.
Earlier, at KIDDE TECHNOLOGIES and HCL TECHNOLOGIES, I worked on reliability analysis for aerospace systems. My work included FMEA, fault tree analysis, circuit simulations, and technical reporting for engineering reviews and certification documentation.
