What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead curriculum implementation and teacher coaching, partner with school leaders and stakeholders, and use data-driven strategy to improve learning outcomes in student-centered, equity-minded environments.

I’m a passionate educator and academic leader with 8+ years of experience in teaching, instruction coaching, and program management. I lead teacher training, curriculum implementation, and stakeholder engagement to drive student achievement and holistic development, especially in resource-constrained environments.

I’ve implemented the LEAD curriculum across 25+ schools in West Bengal, Sikkim, Jharkhand, and Odisha, while training 1000+ teachers and coaching newly joined Academic Advisors in the East Zone. In my roles, I’ve used data tools like ERP and Google Sheets for strategic planning and achieved over 70% mastery in targeted subjects.

Beyond advising, I support school leadership through regular teacher training, classroom observations, and personalized coaching to elevate instruction quality. I’ve also supervised and led a team of 25 Mathematics faculty, designed and delivered large-scale government training for 300+ teachers, and expanded Vedic Mathematics instruction aligned to global curricula.
