I’m a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with 2.4 years of experience in Coal Handling Plant (CHP) operations, focused on preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance. At Indian Construction (Kolaghat Thermal Power Plant), I work to maximize equipment availability by minimizing downtime through fast troubleshooting and corrective actions.

I lead manpower handling with team supervision, work allocation, and performance monitoring, while ensuring strict adherence to SOPs, maintenance schedules, and safety standards. I implement Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring equipment failures and support shutdown planning and timely maintenance execution.

I also contribute on the design side—preparing detailed 2D drawings and 3D models, running design analysis/calculations/simulations to validate performance and safety, and improving existing designs to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and optimize reliability. I maintain accurate maintenance records and design documents, including BOMs, for traceability and audit readiness.
