I'm currently supporting PMR plant maintenance and reliability at Aditya Birla Copper in Dahej, leading work on Selenium Roasting Furnaces, tilting, rotating and oxygenating furnaces, slurry pumps, cooling towers and silver furnaces.
Previously at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India, I managed mechanical maintenance for continuous casting equipment including moulds, segments, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, piping and critical spares. I coordinated production, engineering, E&I, OEMs and contractors through daily maintenance, shutdowns, installation, testing, commissioning and refurbishment.
At Essar Steel India, I executed preventive, breakdown, shutdown and condition-based maintenance of critical equipment and supported IBR and non-IBR line erection and commissioning during the Essar Oil Refinery turnaround at Vadinar.
Across 15+ years in steel and non-ferrous metals, I've focused on safe equipment restoration, structured shutdown planning, RCA, SOP compliance and reliable operation of rotating and static equipment.
