At Norstella, I own the integrated delivery plan for the Apollo Backbone programme across five Scrum teams and 40+ practitioners. I rebuilt the plan around measured capacity, lifting on-time milestone delivery from 78% to 91% over six quarters.
I built a capacity-and-throughput forecasting model that flags at-risk milestones two to three sprints ahead, and held a USD 2.4M annual programme budget within 5% of plan for six consecutive quarters. I also introduced Claude and Atlassian Rovo into delivery workflows, with usage standards and human review in place.
Previously, at Tech Mahindra, I helped scale a client Agile operating model from four to 11 teams. Across earlier roles at Tata Consultancy Services, NextSMC Infotech, and Black Knight Financial Services, I improved sprint and release predictability, supported requirements and compliance analysis, and coached teams in Scrum practices.
