At CAPGEMINI, I work as a Senior Consultant on cloud, DevOps, and platform engineering. For HSBC’s Commercial Banking platform, I designed and maintained Azure DevOps pipelines for application builds, deployments, and releases across multiple environments.
On the HSBC platform engineering project, I developed deployment and infrastructure automation to improve consistency and reduce manual work. I also supported Azure infrastructure and Kubernetes workloads, including AKS.
On HSBC’s WPB Retail Banking project, I worked as a Site Reliability Engineer supporting the availability and operational health of critical banking applications. I monitored production services, responded to incidents, and performed root-cause analysis to address recurring issues.
Across these projects, I developed automation scripts and supported observability, production releases, and incident response. My experience includes Azure, CI/CD, Terraform, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus, and Grafana.
