What I'm looking for
I am a dedicated clinical dietitian with hands-on experience in hospital and outpatient settings, delivering individualized nutrition assessment, care planning, and patient counselling. I completed an MSc in Food & Nutrition from the University of Calcutta and have practical experience with renal, dialysis and gynecology patients.
During a clinical internship and a DIETITIAN role at Mission Hospital, I developed meal plans for patients with complex conditions, maintained digital nutrition records, and collaborated with physicians and senior dietitians on medical nutrition therapy. I have prepared diet charts based on disease status and laboratory reports and tracked malnutrition and assessment scores.
I provided community and clinic-based diet counselling — including prenatal, PCOS, and pediatric nutrition outreach — and supported taste testing and recipe improvement for patient acceptability. My skill set includes nutrition assessment, education and counselling, electronic health records, and food service monitoring.
I am motivated to contribute to a healthcare team where I can further apply evidence-based nutritional care, improve patient outcomes, and continue developing clinical competencies in therapeutic nutrition.
