At Larsen and Toubro, I manage end-to-end project controls for the Process Exhaust package at the TATA DF1 Semiconductor Fabrication Facility, integrating execution, procurement, testing, and commissioning schedules.
I review P&IDs and IFB-to-IFC design changes, assess vendor change requests, and track manufacturing and delivery milestones to support scope control and material availability.
For the Chemical Distribution System and Slurry Distribution System, I studied vendor documentation, PFDs, and P&IDs, and supported vendor finalization through technical bid evaluation and closure of vendor technical queries.
I finalized procurement deals worth 43 Cr for the Cooling Tower package. Earlier, as a Summer Intern at Numaligarh Refinery Limited, I learned about CDU-VDU operations, the Hydrocracker Unit, and refinery safety; my academic project compared six methods for removing mercury from wastewater.
