Designed and optimized the distillation section for o-Cresol production to achieve ~99 wt% purity using Aspen HYSYS, including column simulation, process optimization, and equipment sizing. Conducted thermal design and heat exchanger analysis with Aspen EDR and HTRI and supported preliminary equipment cost estimation for process evaluation.

Completed industrial training at GSFC with hands-on exposure to fertilizer manufacturing and Urea I & II plant operations. Built understanding of urea synthesis, utilities, industrial safety practices, and core process equipment including heat exchangers, compressors, vacuum evaporators, and cooling towers.

Completed industrial training at ONGC, Dahej, with exposure to LNG-based C2, C3, and C4 hydrocarbon extraction. Gained practical knowledge of cryogenic separation, distillation systems, plant operations, and industrial safety practices, including basic material balance in LNG processing units.

Gained exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, including ETP and operation of glass-lined reactors. Worked with analytical QC instruments such as HPLC and GC as part of the manufacturing and quality workflow.

Completed multi-plant industrial training across Methanol, Ammonia, Urea, Caprolactam, and Melamine plants. Learned about DCS controls, related processes, and various key equipment used across these facilities.
