At L&T Technology Services, I support sourcing, supplier coordination, RFIs/RFQs, quotation evaluation, and the end-to-end procure-to-pay process. I also analyze purchase price variance, investigate cost drivers, and work with Procurement, Finance, Cost Accounting, and Sourcing teams to improve pricing compliance and KPI reporting.
Previously at Heeru Corrosion Protection Services, I managed site-based procurement for capital goods and consumables across multiple project locations, reduced lead-time risks through inventory planning and inter-site transfers, and negotiated commercial terms for cost-effective vendor selection. I've also led ERPNext implementation work for procurement workflows, master data validation, and system improvements.
