At Sutherland Global Services, I’m leading insurance strategy and architecture for an EIS integration program for American Fidelity’s Group Benefits Private Markets line. I’m directing a greenfield feasibility assessment and designing integration patterns across APIs, Kafka, batch ingestion, and Snowflake/EDW.
At Capco, I advised insurance executives at RSLI, SEIU Insurance, and FCB Bank on transformation strategy, operating models, and technology enablement. I delivered more than $5M in consulting revenue and led RSLI’s modernization from legacy FAST integrations to an AWS-based, API-first integration hub.
At Exavalu, I served as Engagement Manager and Business Architect for Mercury Insurance’s Guidewire PolicyCenter 10.0 transformation. Earlier, at Cognizant and in a secondment to Guidewire Software, I led implementation planning and delivery work for PolicyCenter and InsuranceNow across Personal and Commercial Lines.
My work spans P&C, Life & Annuity, and Group Benefits, including core insurance operations, Guidewire platforms, and cloud-native integration. I hold an MBA (Systems), a B.Tech in Computer Science, and the AINS designation, along with Guidewire, Scrum, and SAFe credentials.
