What I'm looking for

I seek research roles that integrate bioinformatics and translational oncology, with collaborative teams, clear impact on patient outcomes, and opportunities to advance drug repurposing and clinical implementation.

I am a research scholar with a strong clinical pharmacy background, combining 2+ years of informatics research and over five years of hands-on clinical experience. I focus on leveraging bioinformatics, transcriptomics, and cheminformatics to identify molecular targets and repurpose drugs for cancer therapy.

My work includes systematic curation of public omics datasets (GEO, TCGA), transcriptomic meta-analysis, epigenetic integration, PPI network construction, and virtual screening using AutoDock Vina and Schrodinger tools. I have contributed to peer-reviewed publications and was selected for a SERB-sponsored workshop in precision medicine.

I bring practical clinical expertise from hospital pharmacy and pharmacovigilance—managing oncology regimens, adverse event processing in ARGUS/Oracle, and clinical endpoint adjudication—enabling translation of computational findings to clinical contexts and multidisciplinary teams.
