Produced pre-risk surveys and underwriting reports for external clients. Supported risk assessment and underwriting preparation for client needs.

Managed medical, life, PA, travel, and workmen insurance portfolios. Handled claims and policy renewals and coordinated delivery of seminars and procedures with the HR Group.

Coordinated group insurance administration including processing medical/life amendments. Assisted with marine insurance and policy renewals.

Managed health claims for various policy types and coordinated claims settlement activities. Settled indemnity, disability, and death claims.

Completed the Cert CII program via the Chartered Insurance Institute starting in Jan 2024.
