I’m looking for a role where I can lead consultative sales and customer success—building long-term relationships, translating client needs into tailored solutions, and owning projects from proposal to completion while growing business through referrals and repeat clients.

I’m a client-focused professional with 12+ years of experience across customer service, consultative sales, and business development, grounded in hospitality and high-pressure environments. I build long-term client relationships by identifying needs, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive growth.

Since 2018, I’ve founded and led a residential and commercial interior design firm, taking ownership from first consultation through completion. I lead client consultations, develop tailored design solutions, and translate ideas into practical deliverables like proposals, quotations, floor plans, and material selections.

I handle negotiation and coordinate contractors and suppliers throughout project execution, ensuring the experience stays smooth for clients from concept to installation. I also generate new business through referrals, networking, and repeat clients—then protect the relationship with strong after-sales customer support.

My work is also supported by creative and technical tools, including 3ds Max & V-Ray and AutoCAD, and I’ve specialized in kitchen design and custom cabinetry solutions. Before interior design, I spent 2005–2018 as a restaurant manager and bartender, consistently delivering outstanding service and building trust with clients in demanding settings.
