I've built more than 20 years of retail experience around superior customer service, high-end kitchen sales, product sourcing, ordering, project management, and home trends.

At Gilmer’s Home Building Centre, I guide customers through finish choices and kitchen designs tailored to their needs. I measure job sites, quote projects ranging from individual kitchens to condos and subdivision houses, and coordinate with contractors to meet budgets and deadlines.

I manage special orders for cabinetry, handles, sinks, and faucets, along with purchase orders, receiving, account creation, and billing. My sales results included top-10 Wood Crest cabinet sales in Canada in the first quarter of 2015 and third quarter of 2016.

At Latitude Countertops, I evaluated and photographed job sites, measured custom granite and quartz countertops using laser technology, and prepared AutoCAD drawings for production. I'm looking to apply my current skills in a new setting while continuing to learn.
