I'm an ERP Programme Director with 20+ years leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives across EMEA and APAC — including 10+ years as SAP Project Manager (KPMG), delivering ERP implementations across manufacturing, pharma, medtech, retail, automotive, transportation, telecom, energy, insurance, and services.

My PM career is grounded in functional depth: I started as SAP FI/CO consultant before moving into programme leadership, so I bring genuine understanding of the systems I manage, not just delivery process.

Most recently I led a multi-country Infor LN rollout (Singapore, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, France, Italy) with a 40-person team and ecommerce/CRM/BI/EDI integrations in a regulated environment, delivering on schedule.

Earlier in my career, I spent 5+ years as CIO of Buongiorno (later Docomo Digital, NTT DOCOMO group), owning a €10M IT budget across 20 countries and 1,200 employees. That executive background shapes how I run programmes today: steering committees, risk, and board reporting come naturally.

I'm a regular power-user of AI tools (Claude, Gemini) for programme analysis, risk modelling, and reporting, and I'm actively building toward applying this fluency in enterprise AI-adoption programmes.
