What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can combine structured problem-solving, quality assurance, and operational experience to improve customer-facing workflows, collaborate across distributed teams, and resolve high-impact issues.

I'm currently testing mobile and web applications at Solvd, Inc., where I review requirements, execute functional through API testing, document reproducible bugs in Jira, and help ensure no high-priority defects reach production.

Over five years at Glovo, I managed courier onboarding, live operational issues, fleet availability forecasting, and cross-team resolutions. I also led Real-Time Operations Agents across scheduling, payroll, KPI tracking, and fast, data-informed decisions in a high-volume environment.
