I’m a detail-oriented, results-driven quality professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and over 5 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance, quality control, and food safety. I conduct routine physicochemical and microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished dairy products, analyzing results and documenting findings to support quality management and process control.

I bring proven expertise in microbial analysis—including Total Viable Count, Coliform, Yeast and Moulds—alongside GMP, GLP, and SOP compliance. I also strengthen lab operations by preparing and standardizing reagents, ensuring CIP/COP adherence, running environmental monitoring, and partnering with production teams to reinforce hygiene practices and continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective action.
