I’m a quality analyst with hands-on experience supporting analytical work across industry and community initiatives. At Diamond Industry Ltd, I worked as a Quality analyst from June 2020 to December 2020.
Before that, I contributed to a Kecosce project involving community radio journalism, creating plays to educate people about the effects of extremist activities and helping youth with safe ways to earn money. I also completed an attachment as a Government chemist (6 August to 28 September 2018), strengthening my laboratory practice and safety skills.
My technical foundation includes full chemical analysis of water, effluent analysis (including COD and BOD), and food and drugs analysis (including protein, fats, sugars, mineral, aflatoxin, fibre, ash, and moisture content). I’m experienced in microbiological analysis (including total plate count at 37°C, coliforms, and E. coli at 44°C) and using instrumentation methods such as gas liquid chromatography (GLC), GC-MS, AAS, UV-visible spectroscopy, and DNA analysis.
