What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Veterinary Technician role where I can utilize my real life experiences in a remote position!

I’m a Registered Veterinary Technician with hands-on experience supporting appointments and surgery check-ins, monitoring anesthesia, and maintaining strict sterile technique from pack wrapping to autoclave-ready setups. I focus on accurate, patient-centered care—calculating drug doses, placing IV catheters, and delivering injections with confidence across patient ages.

In internal medicine and ophthalmology settings, I’ve triaged patients, assisted with endoscopy, helped obtain biopsies and organize samples for histopathology, and performed radiographs and efficient phlebotomy. I also support advanced diagnostics like running diagnostic CT scans and assisting with ultrasounds, while communicating clearly with clients about recommended diagnostics and treatments.

My specialty experience includes ocular exam testing such as STT, tonometry, and fluorescein stains, preanesthetic phlebotomy, and ophthalmic autologous serum work. I’ve supported specialty surgery teams (including cataract surgery and enucleation) and developed strong familiarity with ophthalmology instruments like Stellaris Elite.

I bring leadership and operational strength too, having served as Lead RVT and as an Inventory Manager—tracking stock, ordering supplies, using Ezyvet for inventory values, and training coworkers. I’m energized by teams that value thorough documentation, smooth workflow, and continuous learning—because great medicine depends on reliable fundamentals.
