I’m a certified veterinary technician with over 14 years of experience in small animal and exotics clinics, and I’m credentialed (CVT/RVT) since October 2012. I bring hands-on strength in surgery support, anesthesia patient prep, radiography, venipuncture, lab work, IV catheter placement, fluid therapy, and drug dosage calculations to keep care accurate and safe.
In addition to direct patient care, I lead teams and systems: creating and implementing SOPs and training programs, handling onboarding and hiring, managing inventory and pharmaceutical accounts, and resolving client and employee conflicts calmly and effectively.
