What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead product and UX strategy for complex enterprise or AI-powered experiences, building high-performing teams and creating accessible, trustworthy workflows that simplify meaningful user problems.

I've led enterprise UX initiatives at Yuj Designs for Honeywell, Shell, ADNOC, Boeing, and other global clients, shaping complex platforms across aerospace, energy, cybersecurity, and SaaS.

I built, mentored, and led a team of 12+ UX designers, doubling delivery capacity while maintaining quality across concurrent enterprise programs. My workflow simplification work reduced task complexity, clicks, and navigation effort by 20–40% across critical user journeys.

I design data-dense dashboards, operational monitoring interfaces, reporting tools, and role-based workflows grounded in research, usability testing, and human-centered design.

Across Verizon, GSK, Lybrate, MobiKwik, and my own design studio, I've delivered customer journeys, mobile applications, branding, and digital experiences. I'm increasingly focused on Human-AI Interaction, trustworthy AI experiences, and using AI-assisted workflows to accelerate research and design exploration.
