What I'm looking for

I'm looking to bring my structured governance, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder-coordination skills to an entry-level PMO Analyst role.

At MUFG Global Service, I support end-to-end governance for offshoring projects by tracking milestones, dependencies, governance checkpoints, and readiness across the migration lifecycle. I maintain Excel governance dashboards, reconcile reporting data, and coordinate with Legal, Finance, HR, IT, Workforce Management, and global stakeholders in Japan and the US.

I also strengthen audit readiness through record validation and Procedure Process Documents. Alongside my BCOM, I’ve applied business-analysis methods to loan automation and food-delivery projects, including process mapping, BRD/FRD-style requirement documentation, MoSCoW prioritization, JIRA user stories, RTMs, and KPI dashboards.
