At Accenture, I own end-to-end PMO operations for assigned projects, serving as a point of contact for governance, reporting, financial tracking, and stakeholder coordination.

I manage project status reporting, RAID logs, action tracking, and compliance documentation. I also lead governance meetings and follow up on actions and escalations.

I track budgets against actuals and cost forecasts, and coordinate resource onboarding, offboarding, and allocation across projects. I use MyWizard, MMT, and MME to maintain project reporting and track resource utilization and financial impact.

As a PMO Associate at Accenture, I supported infrastructure and IT operations projects, maintained risk dashboards, and coordinated monitoring of Control-M job schedules and incident escalations. I also prepared management reports and maintained audit-ready process documentation.
