I’m looking for a leadership role where I can run multi-site corporate services and IT operations, drive infrastructure and business-process transformation, and deliver measurable outcomes through operational governance and SLA/KPI performance.

I’m a Senior executive and General Manager with more than 20 years of experience leading Government & Corporate Services, IT Operations, Operations Support, Asset & Building Management, and business process transformation. I’ve led 4+ strategic functions across three main sites in Jakarta and Tangerang, turning complex operational needs into reliable, ready-to-serve infrastructure.

I manage multi-site coordination, lead cross-functional teams, and drive operational governance through standardized work processes, internal policies, and service-quality monitoring. Across government and military-related operational requirements, I led 20+ technical projects and improved internal service performance, achieving SLA achievement of up to 95%.

Before my General Manager role, I built my foundation as Chief Information Technology / Head of IT and IT Manager, where I drove technology infrastructure transformation and computerization initiatives for inventory, fuel station, and workshop systems. I focus on making IT and corporate operations business enablers—delivering stable systems, disciplined execution, and measurable operational outcomes from planning through implementation.
