What I'm looking for

I’m looking for opportunities where I can combine policy research and constituent outreach with practical leadership—helping communities through thoughtful, measurable work, and growing in roles that value service, collaboration, and execution.

I’m a political science–focused student and Intern Constituent Service Advisor, supporting legislative work through research and participation in drafting and reviewing proposed bills. I also prioritize real community outcomes by engaging in constituent outreach, including door-to-door canvassing to connect directly with voters.

In parallel, I’ve built strong service and leadership experience in high-volume, fast-paced roles. As a Server and Bartender, I delivered customer service to 250+ patrons daily and helped reduce customer wait times by 20%, while training 10+ new staff members on POS system operations and customer service standards.

As an Assistant Team Manager/Expert Team Leader, I supervised front-of-house operations for 500+ customers daily and led a team of 20+ employees on food safety, customer service, and efficiency. I improved order accuracy and speed by 25%, coordinated inventory and vendors to reduce waste and control costs, and implemented scheduling strategies that increased employee satisfaction and reduced absenteeism.
