I also architected a real-time CDC pipeline that streams patient vitals and lab events to a sepsis scoring model in under 90 seconds. PySpark pipelines transform Epic data into FHIR R4 resources, with dynamic LOINC mapping across 12 hospital systems.
For ApTask, I helped deliver a real-time trade surveillance platform that cut compliance alert latency from 24 hours to under 2 seconds. At Collibra, I developed a fraud detection pipeline that reduced detection latency from six hours to under 200 milliseconds.
I lead three junior data engineers at Hansei Solutions and work with clinical, compliance, and product stakeholders. I also build data quality and governance into delivery, including automated release checks and HIPAA-compliant PHI tokenization.
