At Act Church of Sweden, I co-led technical reviews of project proposals and donor reports from civil society organizations in Guatemala, Honduras, and Colombia. I used Outcome Harvesting and MEAL methodologies to assess strategic alignment and systemic change.
At Center for Research and Popular Education - CINEP -, I co-led research and co-authored or edited seven published reports on human rights, women's rights, and conflict-environment issues. I also translated research findings into advocacy strategies and practical tools for policy work.
At the Unit for Victims’ Reparation and Assistance, I led collective reparation processes for three organizations, negotiating with public and private actors to design and implement reparation plans. Earlier, I developed gender-responsive approaches and participatory methods for collective reparations.
Across roles with IOM - Colombian Truth Commission, UNHCR, and other organizations, I contributed to research, policy recommendations, peacebuilding, and community participation. I have also designed and implemented donor-funded projects and facilitated training on mediation, negotiation, and leadership.
