At Delhi Public School, I designed age-appropriate learning experiences, lesson plans, activities, worksheets and assessments aligned to learning objectives. I adapted content and delivery for individual learners.

In my independent portfolio projects, I developed interactive e-learning projects with Articulate Storyline 360, including workplace learning modules on Workplace Safety and Effective Communication. I also designed scenario-based assessments with navigation, triggers and learner activities.

I created a learning case study using Canva and applied instructional design principles to content focused on learner engagement and practical workplace skills. After eight years of teaching experience, I’m transitioning into corporate Learning & Development.
