Designed and developed various diagnostic kits, including Viral Transport Media (VTM), RNA kits, lyophilized kits, FIA, and CRISPR/SHERLOCK-based tests. Redesigned and optimized RT-PCR kits for room temperature stability, specifically for COVID-19 and Hepatitis C. Managed extensive documentation for regulatory submissions, product transfers, and change closures.
