At AGPH Publishing, I analyse business workflows, gather stakeholder requirements, and recommend practical process improvements. I also design and optimise AI-assisted workflows using Make.com and AI tools.
My Real Estate Lead Qualification & Management project captures incoming leads, maps them to a CRM, sends customized confirmation emails, and scores lead priority for the sales team. Earlier, I taught foundational computer and programming concepts at BYJU’s India.
