At the University of Surrey, I built an end-to-end deep-learning pipeline for my dissertation, AI-Powered Badminton Shot Classification. It classifies 18 fine-grained shot types from match video and addresses severe class imbalance with class-weighted loss and weighted random sampling.
I implemented a Swin Transformer in PyTorch Lightning and engineered the data pipeline, from OpenCV frame extraction and augmentation to stratified data splits. The model achieved 49.7% Top-1 accuracy, compared with a 5.6% random baseline.
At AdLift Marketing, I assisted the frontend team with updates and fixes to client websites using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Earlier, at IGT Solutions Private Limited, I supported QA regression testing and co-authored technical requirements documentation.
